Returns, Refunds & Cancellation Policy – Liv’O Glow

At Liv’O Glow, we strive to ensure that every customer has a satisfying shopping experience. This policy outlines the conditions under which orders may be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.


1. Order Communication and Refund Processing

Liv’O Glow will notify customers if any part of an order is cancelled, delayed, or requires additional information for processing.

If we are unable to process your order within 45 working days, a refund will be initiated automatically.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Refund Timeline

Once processed, refunds are typically credited within 5-7 working days.

The exact time for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If the refund does not appear within 7 working days, customers are advised to contact their bank or payment provider for further assistance.


2. 14 Days Free Return Policy

At Liv’O Glow, we offer a 14-day free return policy to ensure customer satisfaction.

Customers may request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
  • The product should not be damaged due to misuse or mishandling
  • Return requests must be approved by the Liv’O Glow support team

Free Return Eligibility

  • Applicable only for prepaid orders
  • Return pickup will be arranged at no additional cost

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Used or opened products
  • Products returned without original packaging
  • Returns requested after 14 days

Once the returned product is received and verified, a refund or replacement will be processed.


3. Returns Due to Damaged or Defective Products

At Liv’O Glow, we carefully package all products to ensure safe delivery. However, if a product is damaged during transit, customers may request a return under the following conditions:

  • Customers must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused and in its original packaging
  • Return requests must be confirmed by the Liv’O Glow customer support team
  • The product must be returned within 3 days after confirmation

To initiate a return request, customers may be asked to provide:

  • Photos of the damaged product
  • Images of the packaging
  • Order details

Once the returned product is received and verified, an appropriate refund or replacement will be issued.


4. Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders

Customers may request cancellation within 5 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

In such cases:

  • The cancellation will be accepted
  • A full refund will be issued to the original payment method

5. Cancellation of Processed Orders

Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.

In rare cases where a cancellation request is accepted after processing:

  • A credit note equivalent to the order value will be issued
  • The credit note can be used for future purchases on the Liv’O Glow website

6. Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations

Liv’O Glow processes orders quickly to ensure fast delivery and efficient service.

For this reason, we strongly discourage cancellation requests after the order has been processed or dispatched.


7. Charges for Cancellation and Returns

Cancellation Charges

₹50 deduction will be applied for cancellations requested after order processing.

Return-to-Origin (RTO) Charges

If a shipped order is refused or returned by the customer after dispatch, a charge of ₹100 will be deducted from the refund amount.


8. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For Cash on Delivery orders, a shipping charge may apply, which will be displayed during checkout.


9. Charges for Partially Paid COD Orders

For partially prepaid Cash on Delivery orders:

  • A ₹120 shipping fee is collected upfront during checkout
  • This amount is non-refundable

However, customers will be eligible for a full refund of ₹120 only if the order cannot be delivered due to an error from the delivery partner.


10. Reward Points Programme

Reward Point Conditions

  • Reward points used in a cancelled order will not be reissued
  • Not all coupon codes or offers can be combined in a single order
  • Minimum order value to redeem points: ₹499
  • Maximum redemption: 10% of order value
  • Not applicable for COD orders
  • Validity: 1 year from date of earning

11. Fraud & Scam Disclaimer

Liv’O Glow does not conduct any contests or promotions offering free products, cash, or prizes through unsolicited messages or calls.

We will never ask for sensitive information such as:

  • OTP
  • CVV number
  • PIN
  • Passwords

Customers are advised not to share such information with anyone claiming to represent Liv’O Glow.
